Calling all superstars, filmstars, rockstars and pornstars: Kommt und tanzt unten und mit den andern Stars auf dem Dach des West Germany! Nutzt die einmalige Gelegenheit um heiße Foto- und Filmkunst von einigen der besten queeren Berliner KünstlerInnen zu sehen.
Sexy Snapshots von den FotoPaparazzi: Debra Kate, Kerstin Buchwald, Filme von Martina Minette Dreier, Jaime Alberto Ortiz Lozano, Tina Pornflakes, und Kris Ko. Kunstprojekten von Hank Bobbitt. Foto-Kabine und Kostüme werden bereitgestellt. Bringt was zum Grillen für den Grill auf der Terasse mit!

Debra Kate's playful color photographs of the contemporary drag community in Berlin and abroad are a humanistic, behind the scenes portrayal of a vibrant counter culture. These images challenge notions of identity and cultural expectations as they are played out in the art and lives of those who live outside of the gender norm. The multi layered questioning of sexual identity and social categories that results when she presents herself as "a biological woman performing as a man performing as a woman" forms the conceptual underpinning of her work. Since she participates as a performer as well as a photographer, and is often the subject of her own photographs, Debra Kate's work provides an unusually intimate view of the glamorous and not so glamorous everyday life of gender variant individuals.

Kerstin Buchwald
Kerstin Buchwald will show a slide show of her exhibition 'heavenly creatures'-girls, kings, queens.
Kerstin is a freelance photographer who recently moved to Berlin. Documenting performance art and concerts has been her main focus of interest, as well as taking portraits of the queer music and performance scene.

Hailing from NYC, Alan Always spent his early years in the wild 80's downtown club scene of Danceteria, Limelight, Peppermint Lounge, and CBGBs. He doesn't DJ for the money. He doesn't DJ for the girls. He just loves to DJ! Alan Always plays a crazy mix of left field powerhouses, forgotten favorites and robot rock - keeping the Berlin dancefloors going extra late - usually until the bartenders throw everyone out!!! He's a favorite in Berlin where he regularly shares his extensive knowledge of music and his ability to use it - nobody knows what he will play next!
If you catch him on the right night, he might be naked.

Jaime Alberto Ortiz Lozano
Rebeka Kartoffel Productions ist eine Reihe von Musikvideoclips, die sich in erster Linie damit beschäftigen, durch eine "lowbugdet" Produktion, eine POP-Welt versuchen zu imitieren. Für diesen Zweck konstruiere und bastle ich alles selbst, begebe mich selbst in die Rolle der Popstar-Sängerin-Diva als Transvestit, benutze fremdes Filmmaterial und leiste letztendlich die Arbeit des Regisseurs, Darstellers, Choreographen, Masken- und Kostümbildners, Kameramannes und Cutters.
Die Performance einer professionellen Dragqueen ist meistens burlesk, humorvoll, kritisch, voller Glanz, Schönheit und manchmal grotesk, fast wie eine unbewusste aber eindeutige Infragestellung der eigenen Identität innerhalb eines soziokulturellen Netzwerks. Dementsprechend sind die Merkmale meiner Arbeit die Ironie, die Zusammenstellung kultureller Gegensätze, die Kitschatmosphäre und die absichtliche Benutzung karikaturischer Stereotypen. Für mich sind Drag Queens jene, die versteckte Fassaden der alltäglichen Medienwelt aufspüren, verarbeiten und wiederherstellen, widerspiegeln.
Martina Minette Dreier
"Geile Sau" von Martina Minette Dreier und Heidi Kull In diesem sehr pointierten, witzigen Film fantasieren zwei Lesben, wie sie sich als Kerle in einer Lederbar an die Wäsche gehen würden. Doch schon tauchen Fragen auf..."Geile Sau" entstand als Beitrag zu der Kurzfilmanthologie "fucking different! 15 x queer crossover."
Kris Ko / Kotastrophe Productions
Kris Ko will show three films, two of them being music videos and the third being a sweet little thing starring many of the people present. He doesn't want to summarize his films and has no explanation for them; they're just stories.
